Planning your Mooloolaba holiday is a fun experience, especially when you have some time to establish where you will stay and what you will do while there. Attractions in Mooloolaba

Underwater World – Planning to see this excellent attraction is a must on your Mooloolaba holiday. Found on the beach in the south of the city is the exciting marine life park. Watch seal and otter shows, touch a sea star, hear interesting presentations and explore hundreds of species of sharks and fish.

HMAS Brisbane – Divers love the easy access from Mooloolaba wharf to see the largest diveable wreck in Queensland! Colorful clownfish and majestic lion fish will welcome you, with the occasional leopard shark or sting ray hovering near the sand.

A boat tour – It’s always a thrill to have the sea air blowing against your face with the scent of the sea see the shoreline from the ocean. Boat tours from the wharf of Mooloolaba are a great way to get out on the water and watch its wildlife, go fishing, diving or snorkeling.

Beach it – Patrolled beaches in Mooloolaba seven days a week make it an excellent Queensland holiday attraction. With white sands and waves appropriate for surfing and swimming, you can plan to spend the day here with the Mooloolaba Surf Club providing refreshment.

Mooloolaba Esplanade – Shopping, eating, and enjoying the view are what you’ll do at this premier shopping and entertainment district of Mooloolaba.

Mooloolaba Rock Wall – Besides a walk along the beach is a stride to this beautiful Mooloolaba attraction where fish greet you from below the wall. Fishing is allowed as well.

Big Pineapple – Visit one of Australia’s most famous icons – a 15 metre tall pineapple just northeast of Mooloolaba at Hwy 1 – at this fun park featuring a café, a train, an animal farm and a market on Saturdays.

Buderim Forest Park – Refreshing ponds, an elevated path and boardwalk, a cascading creek and maybe even some of the rainforest wildlife will greet you at this refreshing stroll through Queensland’s oasis in the city of Buderim, just west of Mooloolaba.

Mooloolah River National Park – For a quiet retreat to get away from it all – with no facilities or vehicle access – take a
bush walk through this remnant of Queensland wildlife. It’s located along the Mooloolah River straddling the Sunshine Motorway. 

Sunshine Plaza – Shop at over 220 stores, play on the paddleboats, see a movie at the cinema and enjoy all sorts of dining experiences at the Sunshine Coast’s largest shopping mall.
